"Plenty of parking/handicapped parking. It has a nice inside basketball court and pool area. An open type gym area upstairs with plenty of weight machines and free weights. There are lots of rowing and running machines, too. Clean restrooms and lockers. It's a relaxing atmosphere compared to other gyms. There's no loud music or waiting for equipment."

"This is an amazing fitness and wellness center for the whole family! Our children love hanging out in the Kids Center while we workout. Everyone on the staff has been wonderful so far. A very welcomed addition to our local community. Pretty much has everything except a Sauna."

"A lot of great equipment, everything was clean and brand new. They are still getting in some attachments for the cable machine and the pools aren't ready. Overall a great gym! The terrace is great especially when it's cooler outside."

"I was so excited for the gym to open! It’s so close to my home I can bike up there. The facility is nice and clean, I was disappointed there are no saunas or racket ball. Not a deal breaker for me! I’m looking forward to the classes starting up in January and the pools too. The staff I’ve met have been very nice! I was at crunch before and it’s too damn busy and parking sucked, not an issue here at all!"

"Nice gym. Just opened but already see people using machines and not cleaning after they use. Today all the plates/handles were greasy like if someone ate chicken nuggets and didn’t wash their hands. Parents should be aware of their kids/teens in busy hour. I had to stop for about 5 minutes my exercise in the free weights area because dad and son were standing and chatting in front of the weights."
