"Great small gym! It has everything you need to work out without the huge crowds you'd find at popular gym chains. Although it's quite far from where I live, I discovered this gym while looking for a place to train while my son wrestles nearby. I spoke with Mike, and we were able to arrange a deal that allows me to train on the days I'm in the area. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this gym."

"I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Peak Fitness and working with the Trainer/Owner, Mike. At Peak Fitness, there are always machines available and not packed or over crowded. People are polite and respectful. No one bothers anyone and I feel secure since only members have a key to swipe to come in. It’s open 24 hours. Mike is incredibly detailed, professional, and produces more results than any group class of boot camp I have ever taken, in shorter classes and less time. Mike takes the time to explain each workout thoroughly, explaining proper form to ensures minimal risk of injuries and understand the benefits of each exercise. He goes above and beyond to tailor the workouts to my specific goals and physical abilities. We discuss nutrition which has been extremely helpful.
