"Highly recommend Mark!! I wanted to get back into the gym after having twins but was lacking motivation/discipline. I also wanted my mom to be a strong grandma. Enter Mark and Flex One. My mom was especially nervous about seeing a personal trainer thinking he would be a jerk. It was hysterical, session one and my mom LOVED Mark. The gym and equipment are super duper clean and very well maintained. Overall I cannot recommend Mark enough to help you reach and exceed your health and fitness goals!!!"
