"I am loving Club Pilates in Trinity. All the instructors here are great. They vary the moves so that the classes are always fresh and fun. And they help you with modifications if you need them because of injuries or limitations. As a person with spinal implants from scoliosis, I find this very helpful. There are different levels of classes so that you can achieve a great work-out at any experience level. I just started a few months ago and already I am feeling improvements in my health. I'm hooked!"
