"I cannot say enough good things about Bay Care!! I am a Bay Care fan for life! My most significant experience with Bay Care started in 2016 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Everyone from our nurse navigator - Latricia, to my surgeon - Dr. Williams, to my oncologist - Dr. Jones, to the Dr. office and infusion center staff - Marie, Lisa, and all the rest, to the Bay Care Fitness Center (Carillon) staff, I and my family have been so well cared for. I am delighted to say that I am 8 years cancer free. After all my treatments, I signed up for the Power Program with Rosy at the Bay Care Fitness Center (Carillon) and that gave me so much of my mobility back. Thank you, Rosy! In Feb 2024, I told my wife that I wanted to find a good training program to help me get stronger, despite the medication I needed to take. My wife found the Functional Movement Screening (FMS program) at, you guessed it, the Bay Care Fitness Center (Carillon). I signed up for the screening and then signed up for 10 sessions with my personal trainer, Laura Jenkins. What a fantastic experience training with Laura! She really knew her stuff, customized the workouts for me, and most of all she was patient with me. I can see the results of my strength training in my everyday movements and activities as well as in my beach volleyball. Thank you, Laura, for helping me get stronger and healthier as that cancer diagnosis gets further and further in my rear view mirror. "I don't see any improvement at all.The instructors are just great.Terri,and Kathy are just great.At the end of the week every muscle in my body has been worked.The desk staff is very helpful. I had trouble signing on to the app.They helped very supportive. The entire gym, class room,exercise equipment, rest rooms are very clean.Always plenty of towels, disinfectant available. Everyone is very friendly. I love the variety of exercise classes offered.I want to participate in more of the classes. Always someone available to explain how to use the equipment. I really like,and glad that I use this facility too exercise. Great Job! Thanks Francine"
