"Doesnt want to tell you how much they are going to charge before you come in, i needed a simple tire replaced treads showing so its unsafe and i wanna know i can afford it before i go. Dude said i dont do quotes over the phone- everyone else does. I said you dont know what you charge for a tire and the work? The receptionist (cuz hes not a mechanic) i do, but im not gonna tell you over the phone. Homie was rude af, and im just out here trying to keep my husband from dying. The center of the tore tread is literally gone, and the tone of the receptionists voice made me wanna knee cap him. 10/10 would not recommend. Trash"

"I brought my bike to this shop in two boxes and missing parts from another mechanic. The bike is 20 years old.These guys are outstanding they were able to go through the bike, front and back. Walk me through all processes and let me know what they were doing it was a fair price and they are very honest. I would recommend this Shop to anyone."

"I recently had to replace a rear tire, and I had called 13 other shops and businesses until I called Paul (the owner of the business), saying he could have the tire that I needed next day. Unfortunately, we thought that it would have to be prolonged a day due to the delivery truck breaking down, and unfortunately my bike is my only form of transportation and I explained that to him. I know it is not his fault and that he can not control deliveries but he deeply apologized and I left it at that. But Paul called me later that night and said that even though the delivery was super late, that he would go ahead and throw the new tire on. I rushed over to the shop with a pep to my step and he explained things that I didn't know about my motorcycle and pointed out other things that were missing from the original seller that could later prove fatal. Not only did he take the time out of his night AFTER HOURS to put that tire on there, but also threw in a few other small things at no extra charge to me to make sure that I was safe and secured on the road. Paul absolutely made my night and he has my future business when it comes to repairs needed on my bike. He was very direct to the point and professional in his work and I couldn't be more thankful to him!"
