"I cannot say enough positive things about American Mixed Martial Arts and the staff. My kids went to AMMA for several years. It started out as just aftercare and then became summer camp as well. They made friends, improved their self esteem and it was an incredible partnership. The communication and support was phenomenal. They genuinely care about each and every person that steps into their gym. I even found time in my busy schedule to take a few of their classes. They were awesome!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them and you will too!!"

"My 11 year old daughter has been going to aftercare, BJJ, and summer camp for almost two years now and have had nothing but great experience at the gym. The fact that my youngest daughter can defend herself against grown adults by attending the BJJ class gives me a sense of relief as a parent. Now my 19 year old daughter also attends their kickboxing class at least 4-5 days a week and loves it. She also gets her sister to join her sometimes in kickboxing. The gym has a family atmosphere and very inviting for all."

"Best gym, after care and summer camp around. My son has attended their after school program and summer camp for 10 YEARS now. All of the staff is extremely caring and helpful, especially Ms. Mary. She truly has a gift when it comes to working with children. AMMA isn't just a gym or after care for kids, it's a family. One that will always make sure you feel welcomed, accepted and appreciated. "I highly recommend this place because the Staff here are very welcoming and it’s a family friendly atmosphere. I’ve been a member of this place for 3 years now and the place is always clean. Also, after studying architecture / computer drafting & design back in my day, I can say that everything pretty much looks up to code. I’m OSHA certified so I can confidently say it’s pretty safe here for both Staff and members, but besides the physical part lol because a place like this you’ll want someone to roll, spar, and/or train with. But you don’t have to. Oh, and what’s more, as a community we have each other’s back!"

"My daughter has been attending classes here for over a year. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. They genuinely care about their patrons (kids, and adults alike), and you feel like family. If you’re looking for a “no judgment” place to learn, this is your spot. When my daughter was out due to sickness, and injury (not related to MMA) they were accommodating and concerned about her healing process. The facility in its entirety has always been clean, and I frequent it at least 2x a week."
