I find the employees with their Backs to the customers chit , chatting and not paying attention when people Come up to the counter. This occurred On my last four visits. "Moved from Missouri to Florida, and can say this is the best planet fitness I have been to! Victor and Bella were very helpful when my brother and I were signing up, Victor even offered some pointers on how to do my exercises right. Bella also was always very polite and saw her walking the gym making sure everything was cleaned up!"
"I've been coming here (with my daughter) for 5 years since moving to Florida. Ive been in fitness since I was in high school, so many gym experiences along the way to compare. I love the simplicity of this gym; Ive tried others in the area and they did not keep me coming back like this gym. I appreciate the staff who greet me in the morning (Moises and Chris are warm and welcoming). As a nurse and someone who is immune compromised, I have not had concerns about the cleanliness of this gym. Thank you PHPF!"
"Love this place! Haven't been to a gym in several years due to my work schedule and dealing with health issues for the last few years. Now that my Leukemia is in remission and I'm working from home I have the strength and plenty of time to get back on the horse. It also helps that I live 6-blocks away. Since May 10th I've been going every other day for at least one hour and I already feel great! I'm impressed with how nice the equipment is and the staff always keeps the gym clean. This gym is a blessing for me, so I can get back to a healthy lifestyle again! Victor - Leukemia survivor!"
"Victor the trainer is absolutely amazing. Im completely new to the gym and had no idea how to use the equipment properly and was relying on YouTube. I was able to schedule a session with him and have him show me how to use the various machines and exercises as well as the correct form. I was able to do it myself and have him correct any form issues. His knowledge and help was extremely appreciated and i feel confident returning to this gym."
