"Love my home gym! The staff ran by Shannon are amazing . Any issues she is always on it. Wish they would remodel but other than that gym, staff, and gym rats are the best."

"Pro: I like the aqua exercise classes. Wanda is terrific!! Cons: 1. Almost no water pressure in ALL women’s locker room showers. This has been a problem since November. 2. Staff are oblivious to any request to look into the low water pressure problem. I have reported the problem 10+ times & every time I get the blank stare & the “I don’t know” shrug. VERY POOR way to treat customers!"

"Down again. They just don’t care 2/18. Pool and spa closed. Same old same old. Manger of club just seat there trying to make more sales, he doesn’t give 2 **** about the problems here as long as he meet his sales goal. 2/11 Still issues with hot tub and now pool closed. 2/9/23. Still on going issues with spa. Spoke with club manger and it became very clear he did not care and was tired of hearing about the spa being down. If it’s not sales related, he not going to do anything. 01/30/13, Spa closed for 4 days. Now sauna is down. All the members are telling me that they fired the individual who maintained everything. Seems like a bad decision Call the corporate office, they could care less. They don’t return your calls, or emails. Dec 2022, Finally the spa is open and has been consistently open. They also have a cleaning staff that actually clean the place. I do wish the temp of the hot tub was hotter. When I say every Clearwater ESPORTA has the spa closed I mean it. WHY Why can’t they post this on the app, so people don’t drive around looking for a amenity that they pay for They refuse to provide a contact name of the district manger and they say just send a email to corporate office, which goes unanswered"

"Do not join this gym or purchase personal training services. I unfortunately did both of those things under the impression that I’d be able to easily cancel as I had plans to move in the near future. Unfortunately I was lied to and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel despite being told I would only need to provide proof of relocation. Apparently they don’t allow you to cancel for ANY reason actually, and you have to pay a ridiculous fee to cancel. I was told NUMEROUS times that I would just need to provide relocation proof, and made it clear from the beginning that I had these plans. Had I not been lied to, I 100% would not have signed up and therefore would not be responsible to pay THOUSANDS of dollars to get this cancelled. I feel stupid for not reading the fine print and trusting that the staff would put me above their own self interest, but they don’t care about you and ONLY care about taking your money. Huge bummer that businesses with such SHADY businesses practices like this (lying just to get sales) are still able to operate. They’ll take advantage of you and your money. Stay clear even just out of principle. Businesses like this need to fail, and their staff need to held accountable for their lies. You can count that I will never give another dime to this brand or the LA Fitness brand."
