"I had an injury on my shoulder, very painful recovery. Audra and Joe was amazing in helping me to exercise it so I wouldn’t have a frozen shoulder. I’m also a bartender and developed a tennis elbow, after few fascia treatments from Audra she totally cured it. Both are very knowledgeable about everything and anything has to do with body.
