"I see Dr Staci VanWinkle at the office on College Pkwy. She is the best Dr I have had in al very only while (I am 50). She is very thorough, listens, cares and spends the time with you to go over everything in detail. She looks at the whole picture, not just treating the symptoms. It may take 3 months to get in as a new patient, but after that first time there are not any delays. The staff there is also very helpful."

"I had an experience with the office staff where I called on multiple days in a row to get information that was told would be done by a certain date and kept getting told to “call back the next day” with no communication of what was going on. Every representative that answered the phone was extremely rude, had no idea what I was calling about day to day and felt annoyed by me asking for a simple task. I had to drive back to the office and wait over a week for paperwork that was supposed to be completed in two days. When I did give them more paperwork some of the staff was hiding behind the next window asking if I was done or leaving yet so she could talk about me/why I was there (it made me feel VERY uncomfortable). There is no communication between the front staff, empathy or even a smile. Fast forward to me coming back in to pick up the paperwork that I requested to be copied for my records and the front staff does not have it or know what I am talking about yet again. When I asked if I could have the completed paperwork I received attitude from the representative. I was told to come back the next day, which I refused because I live over a half hour away. So she quickly said we will mail it. I have never had this poor of front staff service anywhere before. Please learn how to be kind, it’s 2023. I would never tell anyone to go to this doctors office."

"I have never waited less than an hour to see Dr. Van Winkle. Of the 10 or so appointments I have had over the last 3 years, I have never not waited a ridiculous length of time. Even her staff told me that she is known for running 45 minutes late everyday. There is simply no regard for my time. Aside from this issue, I called in to her office today because my son was positive for the flu, and his pediatrician told me to contact my Dr. for a tamiflu rx as a preventative. The office refused to help, and said I would need to make an appt in order to get a rx for tamiflu. I explained I am not ill, yet, so why would I need an exam/visit? They again refused to call in the rx for me and insisted I needed an appt. They wanted me to pay a co-pay and wait all day to see the Dr just to get a preventative rx for Flu?! Terrible service, just terrible."
