"Steve dealt with Selena to set up his information and appointment, she was excellent. This was Steve's first visit with Dr. Rajca, he was attentive, friendly, and exceptionally thorough and clear on test results and recommendations."

"Tried to make an appointment through their website. I completed the questionnaire and their scheduler called me the next day to set up the appointment, but I could not answer when she called. I followed the instructions in her message, calling back to an Atlanta area code number that she left for me, selecting option 2 as instructed, and waited for the next available representative for about 15 minutes. I then selected the option to have them call me instead of waiting on hold. I provided all the information requested via that option, and they did call me back about 40 minutes later. When I informed that representative that I was in Fort Myers, FL, she informed me that she would have to transfer me to "the Fort Myers team". I went back to the queue on hold, and waited another 10 minutes on hold, and once again selected the option for the call back. I had to confirm my number this time, as the transfer apparently "confused" their system, but I did ensure I entered my call back number and other information correctly. I never heard back from them. I've wasted too much time with their process and will look for another provider at this point."

"Horrible place. They failed 2 hemorrhoids. One after banning became inflamed and I needed to have surgery. I got 3 digestive bills. 3 anesthesia bills and a cape coral hospital bill. I am also still suffering from symptoms. Please avoid this place. This place cost me over 3k in personal bills that insurance did not cover. This pace absolutely failed to cure my issues and caused me to be in dire pain with emergency treatment needed. Please... do not come here."

"Tried to get a procedure through this team and when the procedure prep caused me to vomit blood I was completely unable to get a hold of the office for any assistance until I was asking them to cancel the procedure. I do not feel safe seeking medical care from a provider who drops my calls. And then to be told to go to a hospital that I've had problems with in the past just furthers my distrust in their judgement for my safety. I had to cancel my appointment and with all the health problems I'm having I'm about to cancel my insurance because the health system DOES NOT CARE ABOUT US AS PATIENTS."
