"I was assigned to Dr. Batista as my new PCP from my insurance carrier, the office is about 35 minutes away from where I live which at first was a bit concerning traveling so far however from my very first initial visit I was VERY impressed with my experience overall at this clinic! Starting with the staff at the front desk that were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in every way imaginable. The waiting area is large, comfortable, with clean restrooms, and a lovely coffee machine where you can custom make your drink of choice mine being the cappuccino or chai latte tea, as well as a filtered cold and hot water dispenser, Once inside the nurses, lab workers, and nursing assistants all very nice, professional, and accommodating with anything you need. I didn’t have to wait long at all before I was called by the Doctor who in my opinion is the absolute BEST PCP I’ve ever had in my life! Dr. Batista took the time to listen to me, and interested in everything I had to say about my medical history and concerns, she was caring, empathetic, and just an amazing Doctor but human being overall. She came up with a health plan and what she felt was the right path for me to follow to ensure I was receiving the best treatments possible so I remained healthy moving forward! Dr. Batista also ordered some tests and lab work which was conveniently done on sight saving me much precious time. All referrals for specialists were completed on time and sent electronically to those doctors as well so no problems there whatsoever. I was really impressed with how caring and professional everyone at this clinic was from start to finish, and would highly recommend them to anyone! I was also pleased to find out that this medical clinic has complimentary transportation service where if needed the staff will send transport to your home for pickup to and from the clinic which is absolutely amazing and will definitely use if I needed to otherwise I’m quite happy driving the distance to them, it’s absolutely worth it and I have no plans whatsoever to change to another Doctor as I have found the absolute perfect one! "Irresponsible, lagging and incompetent, this is the clinic's work team. They want to serve too many people at the same time without having the capacity. And the referral team... Terrible, they don't have the capacity. It's stressful and depressing just being there. They entertain you with coffee and cookies while they leave you waiting too long and then come to NOTHING. They are fakers. I don't know if I would recommend them to my worst enemy, so stay home and medicate yourself, you'll come out better. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with an incompetent person who is only there for the check.
