"If piss poor patient care and incompetence was a place it would be this place. It is impossible to get through to the office on the phone and appointments are scarce. They are more concerned with protocols and paperwork than with human life. I submitted paperwork for work prior to a surgery, which I discussed with my primary. Wheb they got the papers they refused to fill them out and insisted that it was my surgeon who had to to it. Meanwhile, the surgeon had been clear from the start that their office doesn't full out the forms for work and my provider said filling it out would be no problem. I took time off work to go to the office to help clarify the situation and they still refused to help. My blood pressure went up and I was sweating from the stress and anxiety and instead of seeing me they called the police and said I was causing a disruption while I was sitting quietly waiting for the link to the telehealth visit that they offered in lieu of a visit. The greatest irony is that I still have to be seen here after my surgery, if I'm still able to have my surgery considering I am relying on them to help arrange the time off work"

"Dealing with the billing department here is just an absolutely horrific experience. My wife had her routine annual physical where they were supposed to do a bloodwork panel as part of the physical. They stated repeatedly that we would not be charged for running the blood panel. The doctors office subsequently made errors by running unnecessary diagnostic panels when they should have only been running preventative panels, resulting in a co-pay charge from Labcorp. It has taken months for Valerie, the billing supervisor no less, to seek corrections and her follow through is extremely unsatisfactory. The issue is still not resolved. Expect Valerie to always be in a meeting and she only extremely rarely returns calls -- and then only if prompted through complaint. She leaves it to her staff to bear the brunt of patient complaints when this happens. Bottom Line: IMO, this office really truly doesn't seem to care about its backend operations and Monique herself seems content to allow this. UPDATE: Valerie ultimately stated that this office just submits over the bloodwork panel they choose to run and whatever the healthcare insurance pays is what the insurance pays. The patient is ultimately responsible for the rest despite the fact that at the time of the appointment this doctors office specifically told my wife that there would be no charge for the blood panels. So the only conclusion left to draw (no pun intended) is that they are completely comfortable misrepresenting potential billing charges for running blood panels to their patients at the time of your appointment and then completely dodge the issue when you call later to hold them accountable. Zero accountability from Valerie who is the billing supervisor. Avoid."

"This location is full of the friendliest faces! We are a family of 4 (including a baby and young child) who have our primary care located here with Monique Crowther. Not only is Monique absolutely amazing and obviously knows her stuff, she is beyond friendly and full of life! Everyone else there remembers us and always greet us warmly! The care there is delivered with a friendly demeanor without lowering the quality of medical provision and expertise. I cannot speak highly enough! 10/10 will always recommend."

That put us at ease and made the visit more personal. She listened, took notes and gave her undivided attention. She offered insight and suggestions to his concerns. At the end of the visit, she summarized the action plan. Shortly after the appointment, she followed up with us via "My Chart". Monique, made us feel as important as any other patient in the practice. Too often you get lost in the crowd. Not only is she knowledgeable and well schooled in her field, but she is personable and helps you feel comfortable with the conversation.
