"Dr Grubb is the best doctor I have ever had. He talks to me about problems and has solutions for those problems. He has helped me work through issues that I thought would not have an easy answer, but he did. He has a wholistic approach with his patient and only send his patients to other specialists when necessary. He is wonderful! Dr Grubb and his staff are very good to me. I have also talked with Dr Michaels in the past and he has been very good to me also. I can also say I’m not real happy with the new “Max Health”. They feel that, before they pass a message to the doctor they should know specifics of your problem (not professional). I’m sure they will or have fixed this problem. A#1 Dr’s and staff."

"It seems quite a bit has changed since my last visit. While Dr. Grubb remains an excellent doctor whoever is handling the phones is a huge disappointment. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get prescription orders for bloodwork for my upcoming appointment with Dr. Grubb. I have left several more messages with what seems to be an answering service, have been transferred 2x to a physical therapy office and had to start over again. Now I have left several messages in the last week, March27th, March 29th, April 2nd. Each time I was told that Dr Grubb's nurse would call me back, and I've currently been on hold today for over 15 minutes while I'm writing this. I can't get my bloodwork without orders, and I can't reach anyone to get the orders. Dr. Grubb is one of the few doctors left that actually listens, asks questions, and cares about his patients. He doesn't rush you through your appointment, which in this day and age is remarkable. If you are looking for an excellent doctor, I would highly recommend him."
