"This has by far been the best massage therapy I have ever received. I was in an accident a little over a year ago where I broke my hip and shattered my knee cap. After surgeries, no walking for months, extreme atrophy, and 5 months of physical therapy I began to seek out massage therapy and was recommended Teresa from my boss. The progress she has provided me is unbelievable. Not only is she vastly knowledgeable but she goes beyond just a regular massage and has helped me tremendously improve my hip and knee range of motion and compensation problems. She gives great tips and explanations of muscle connections and recovery, and I am now able to get my quad muscle to fire after so much atrophy. I'm still a work in progress but I am so impressed on how far I've come to getting back to a somewhat normal state when I never thought it was possible. As an athlete, any injury is devastating and she has kept me confident and realistic on all progress and problems. I feel like I've gotten more out of biweekly work with Teresa than I did in physical therapy.
