"My appointment was very peculiar. I scheduled a hot sauna session and an ionic foot soak. Dr. Lisa stated she no longer had sauna services but had something "better." I gave her my email twice to receive the intake paperwork but never received it. Once I arrive, as I'm filling out the health questionnaire, she's asking unnecessary questions about my profession and previous injuries. It was completely unnecessary for just detox therapy. She was trying to diagnose me with my previous injuries insisting I needed to get adjusted first. I told her I already see a chiropractor and just wanted the detox therapies. She stated that the detox is useless without her adjustment. I felt like I was being dragged into a timeshare episode. She was pitching her services like an aggressive salesman and it made me feel very uneasy. The biomat was such a let down. I paid $85 for barely 15 minutes and didn't get to enjoy it because Dr. Lisa stood near my bed and wouldn't stop talking about how great her services were compared to my current ones all with sarcasm. What kind of therapy is that? She cut the session short and refused to let me do the foot soak insisting she was closed when it was barely noon. She claimed she had paperwork to do and that I can come back in an hour. She knew I drove about an hour to make the appointment but refused to offer me the services I was scheduled for. What kind of person denies medical services to a patient in need and especially with a confirmed appointment? Apparently this one!"
