"Personally, in this office they are super inefficient. The horrible treatment. I felt discriminated against. If you serve clients or patients, you are supposed to be courteous and friendly. And with me they weren't. At no time did they look for a way to help me. I will never go to this location in Oldsmar again."

"I hate this place! They won't answer the phone and then you get there and "OH! The x-ray tech is at lunch until 1pm and then it will be a 40 min wait!" If they would take appointments for Xray or at least answer the phone this waste of time could be avoided. And why is it necessary to fill out a new patient form EVERY time you come in! Badly run and if it weren't a convenient location I would cut this place loose."

"The worst! If I could give them a zero-star rating I would. They never answer their phone. I have been trying to get an appointment for a CT scan and ultrasound ordered by my doctor for over a month. I have called and called. I am always put on eternal hold, and nobody ever comes to the phone. I have given up. I guess I will just have to die. But, at least, if I go to hell, I am prepared because this has given me a preview of what it will be like."

"I am a patient at TGHMG and they recommend TGH to me for everything so scheduled my last two appointments at this location instead of at Bay Care. I always schedule an appointment ahead of time and was able to schedule this one online. I now have an account on their website so set the appointment, uploaded by Dr's script and filled out all of my pre-check paperwork. I arrived early as asked and when not called 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time checked in again with the desk. . They shared there was an equipment issue but nothing was said to me about a delay when I arrived. must have been a while as there were people still waiting ahead of me. This isn't the first issue as a similar thing happened at my initial appointment. I arrived and was told the technician was out sick and no one else there who could perform that test. I asked why I wasn't called as took off work for this and explained as an oversight as they were calling people to inform them but somehow missed me and the other morning appointments. Test Results timeframe is mixed. First step had results in a few days, most recent still waiting and about 3 weeks out. Positives are that the women who work the desk are nice and efficient. The technicians are a mixed bag. The place is generally clean but a bit run down but does have a large screen tv in the waiting room to watch while waiting and sufficient seating. Think I may try another location or one last chance before changing as experience was not as good as going to Daycare."

"It was easy to make an appointment. It was easy checking in on the day of my appointment especially since I completed paperwork online last night. This morning I took photos of my insurance cards and license. When I I went into the lobby, people were spaced out and a flat screen was tuned to local news for entertainment. Nice place! I was called into an exam room 10 minutes before my exam time, and Katrlyn was my technician. She was thorough, professional, friendly and patient. Mammograms are not my favorite annual activity. She made it as painless as possible. I was back in my car 3 minutes before my scheduled time! If you have to get an annual mammogram - and you should, ladies - this is the place to come. Katelyn was the best!"
