"This is a nice Doctor's office. Everybody's nice. But the waits to be seen are atrocious. 1 hour is common even if (you) are on time. The doctor has an issue with being fashionably late in the morning. And It can be maddening when you know your appointment will last maybe 8 min. But I've been a patient for at least 15 years so go figure."
"Does anyone know where Angela went? We absolutely adored her and she is what kept is coming back. She was so caring and efficient. lately I have been having trouble getting refills and the wait in the office is becoming unbearable. We would love to find out if she is at another office. We did try asking Amanda but she didn't want to answer the question and I was shocked when I went in for an appointment and Angela was just gone. I know she loved her job and most of us patients I know something must have happened for her to just leave with no notice. I'm using a fake name on purpose so I don't have issues with my medical care untill I am able to find a new doctor."
"I have been seeing Dr Wu for about 8 years now. You can tell what a caring person she is by the way she was always helping her employees out. She treated them and their families as if they were her own, too bad they walked all over her kindness. She is currently working with all new office staff and her office is now being ran with efficiency that I have never seen there before. It will be nice not having to deal with the last receptionist and her attitude."
"Unless you like sitting in a waiting room for 1.5 hours every time you go, I would AVOID at all costs. They used to be reasonable & work with me for end of the day appointments since I was coming straight from work (less than 5 mins away), but now you're required to show up on time & sit there FOREVER (and if you ask for how many patients are still waiting in front of you the receptionist will get an attitude with you & tell you to come in NOW or cancel your appt.....so I did & am not going back). Dr Wu also cannot draw blood properly.....last time I got a physical my arm blew up like a balloon. I've had my blood drawn probably 20+ times previously and never had that issue before. The lady might know her stuff as a Dr, but doesn't quite understand how to run a business, nor hire a staff that knows how to treat clients with respect. Also, please be sure to read Sarah's review below....pretty much sums it up!"
"Do not go to this doctor's office. I would give it zero starts if I could. The patient's needs are second to the staff, they will chat on and on with each other and only tend to the patients when they're done talking. The office is filthy and overcrowded with old, outdated, dirty warped posters. They charge for everything they can get away with and their number one priority seems to be to get you to come in for as many appointments as possible so they can reap maximum profits. I gave them about a years worth of appointments before I went today for my annual physical. They charged me a full $150 up front even though the appointment is covered under my insurance plan. I waited twenty minutes to get my vitals taken, then another 40 minutes to see the doctor, even though I was the first appointment of the day. When I finally got to see the doctor, she took me back to her office, which was disgusting and disorganized. Every spare surface was covered in papers. There was a sleeping baby in the corner, the child of one of the nurses. I understand it's tough to be a working Mom, but at least keep the baby in a separate room from the patients! The doctor went to take my blood, and since I had not seen her wash her hands since she entered, and she had been touching her desk and computer, I asked her to wash her hands before drawing my blood for the physical. She got all offended and defensive and told me to go get my blood work done at a lab if I was so worried. That was the final straw. I'll be making complaints to the BBB and wherever else is appropriate, but save yourself the grief and go see someone who cares about how they present themselves and who cares about hygiene in a doctor's office."
