"I wish I had cared to heed the advice in warnings like this. This place is a pill farm and should be reported to the DEA. They do not care about their patient's lives or their patient's experience. I was a long term patient. You will absolutely see a different PA every time. They NEVER look at the previous notes. You'll have to remind them time after time of the medications you've taken in the past and why they've failed. They won't even know when you've told them you're allergic to a medication. Every appointment you'll sit with a student (not your provider, that is someone else) and there will be no doctor or PA in the room with you. They will struggle quite a bit and you will basically need to recite your medical history while they try to learn how to document from the help guides next to their desk. It's clear that Dr. Sajan preys on students for cheap labor in return for internship hours. Then, you will wait. Then you will speak with a PA (some of which are actually okay). Explain your life story again, because no one communicates and no one reads (or records) good notes. They certainly can't remember you because you've never met them. I had a PA once tell me we had to do monthly appointments because the prescriber (Dr. Sajan) couldn't otherwise keep track of the prescriptions. Not to mention the terrible staff and the fact they never answer the phone without waiting for 10 minutes or more. I am so much worse off as a result of this pill farm and I regret my decision to ever go to this place. I finally got to see Dr. Sajan after 3 or 4 years of being a patient. She will tell you your problems are your own fault, she will openly question the medication the PAs she is supervising have made in the past and ultimately, when she doesn't want to see you anymore, you get to talk to her Nurse Practitioner to get fired. Now I have no medication and no Psychiatrist to help. She is well known and has a horrible reputation among therapists and other mental health practitioners in the area. Do yourself a favor and skip ahead. Everywhere has to be better than here."
"I’ve had nothing but caring and wonderful providers at this practice. They genuinely care about my well being and went out of their way to accommodate me with solutions to my budget problems. I am truly grateful for all the PAs that practice here. Keep up the good work!"
"OMG. I cannot believe this place remains in business. I arrived 30 minutes early before my appointment to complete new patient paperwork. OK, np, but what a book of paper! Duplicate information requested multiple times. Most of the forms hadn't been updated in 25 years. I then wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The woman who sees me starts asking the same questions from the forms and scratching notes on a blank sheet of paper. The only thing I can think is that there is an intricate ability to fleece insurance companies happening. I get calls, I return calls, I talk to the receptionist who gives me a message. Then a guy calls me and repeats exactly what I was told by receptionist. In order to get my prescription I needed to get an EKG.. what? OK, there's a chance to bill the insurance company and another chance when somebody needs to review the EKG. Then I needed a urinalysis. Same chances to bill the insurance company. Then I'll get a call to schedule a follow-up.. Follow-up what? I have a month to get a prescription and I still don't have it. For sure going to be brought to the attention of Cigna to have them removed from the preferred provider list. What a circus."
"I was looking for a new doctor, I booked my appointment on their website for Friday, and called to confirm. I tried calling 5+ times before someone finally answered the phone, and then she placed me on hold repeatedly, said the appointment I had already booked online wasn’t good and couldn’t be seen until November… then she placed me on hold again and dropped the call. I tried calling back several times and no answer, no call back either for hanging up on me. This is already a good indication this place will not be good for any assistance or treatment. If the receptionist can’t even assist you or give you good service, that tells you everything you need to know about the practice."
"Do NOT go here. If you want to know the reason why people don't trust medicine to help with mental health issues - its this place. I did online appointments with this clinic for almost a year and they seemed very nice and understanding and the first medication they put me on seemed to he helping until they just kept adding and adding more pills to what I was already taking. After a long discussion with my therapist out of network and lots of research - I stopped my medication - I was SICK to my stomach and worse than I have ever been. My last appointment here they actually made me talk to the Dr Sajan who I have never spoken to, I only spoke to my provider during every appointment. Dr Sajan continued to bring up every issue I ever had coming into her office - making me feel unsafe. She threatened me to not stop taking my medication or I would worsen. She kept saying I was making the wrong choice and I did not know what I was talking about. "What were you thinking Sara?!" Once she asked "Give me the name of your therapist" I ended our video call. I will never have somebody working in a mental health field talk to me like that. Dr Sajan never apologized and I never spoke to anyone from here ever again. Also it has been almost 2 years since I've been off medication that was prescribed to me from here and I have never been better. Do your body some good and stay away from this place that claims to care about your well being. The website states: "Dr. Sajan loves working one-on-one with her patients. She has a caring demeanor and understanding bedside manner. Dr. Sajan sets aside time to spend with each individual and develops a custom, cutting-edge treatment plan based on each person’s concerns and goals." Yeah right. The one time we actually spoke she belittled me and made me feel unsafe."
