"It’s a shame that Dr. Nandyala is one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen, but his office is ran so poorly. This is one of those clinics that tends to overbook, so you need to take a half day off of work just for a 15 minute appointment. You’ll be waiting the rest of the time. When I had some heath issues going on, I had to visit bi-weekly. I burned though lots of sick and vacation time waiting in this office. It’s disrespectful of our time as patients. I ultimately put my foot down and started leaving after 30 minutes, telling them I’d need to reschedule on my way out. I ended up looking for another PCP. If you’re retired or unemployed, you might be okay with the wait, because the doctor is excellent. For people with busy lives who can’t afford to camp out in the lobby, this practice might not be for you."
"Worst experience ever with a primary doctor. Please read this review before you make the same mistake we made. Be ready to wait 1-2 hours before being seen even for a blood test. The waiting time is ridiculously with no apologies or anything. They definitely overbook their patients. We had our annual checkup there and right after we were looking for another doctor. Don't waste your time there. Doctor talks over you and won't actually listen. If an appointment is supposed to last 30 minutes be ready to be there for 1 hour listening to the doctor talking about things you already know. They didn't reply to any of my messages on the app about my lab results or anything don't even waste your time setting it up. They made an appointment without us knowing so we can go to "discuss" the labs with the doctor. Labs were normal and in the past with different doctors they would just add a note if something was needed in the app. This office just wanted us to stop so they could bill the insurance I guess. Also they had the nerve to ask me if I had a degree and if knew how to read labs in order to give me MY labs results when we called. We had to drive to the office and get our labs when they could have emailed us or posted it in the useless app. Last but not least, make sure you ask them you want some blood work during your annual checkup (I thought this was a normal thing but it's not at this office) so you don't have to go twice to sit there for 1-2 hours. You're welcome!"
"5 stars for the doctor. My mother (now deceased) and I have been going to Dr. Nandyala for more than 20 years. He does take the time to be thorough and personable. Prevention is his goal. He treats the disease, not the symptoms. He was referred by hospital nurses caring for my mother, "We can't recommend a doctor, but we all go the Dr. Nandyala." Yes, the staff has difficulties with communications for labs ... but I see this with other offices. I think it's the electronic communications systems. Yes, you will probably have to wait 1/2 hour+ after arriving early for your appointment because the doctor is thorough and doesn't rush a patient. I strongly recommend Dr. Nandyala as a superior physician."
"Dr Nandyala is great, not regularly but have been going to him for a long time. The waiting has been long but is ok due to good Dr’s service however his front office / admn staff lacks professionalism and communication. They don’t inform about the lab services provided at the location being cancelled until you show up and this is not one time experience and with just me. On my third such rescheduled lab visit that I was being informed about being cancelled “Again” when I got there , right behind me was another patient who was infuriated too as she had the same experience three times in a row. They try to blame the lab technician. They don’t relay the message to the Dr when patient tries to call or speak to him. To get to the Dr you have to go thru the challenging Front Office lady."
"I very much like Dr. Nandyala. He is friendly and professional and very attentive. I've never felt rushed and he will spend as much time as he needs to with you. This may be the reason some other reviewers have complained about wait times. It is impossible to estimate how long each patient will need, and if you want thorough care where the doctor really listens and works with you, then sometimes that means he's going to get backed up. It can be frustrating, but it's actually a good thing with an unfortunate side effect."
