"I have been going to Dr Janicka for my thyroid for six (?) years now. Even though I moved out of the area a year ago, I still make the 2 hour drive to come see her. Yes, she can run late - but when she gets to you, you have her full attention (no rushing through your appt in 5 minutes without looking at you). And I’ve found that “shoulder scheduling” (first morning or first after-lunch appt) helps to minimize this. As for the Clearwater staff, they have been friendly and professional to me. Yes, I have had to leave phone messages and follow up — but I find I get quicker responses through the online patient portal. Super easy to use and communicate with everyone."

"Dr Janicka is great but the front office staff is horrible. Left over a dozen messages over 2 weeks and no return call, even spoke to the front desk on the phone, promising call back and never happens. Sadly the horrible front desk outweighs the great Dr. Left messages to the assistant nurse multiple times, VM says will receive a callback within 24 hours, never return calls."

"I am only giving 1 star because you have to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. My first appointment took 3 months to get. It was an 11:45am appt. I arrived at 11:20am to hand in my paperwork, and to make sure I was there on time and not hold them up. About an hour later I was shown to the exam room 15 min later a doctor in training came to me to ask questions, and as he was leaving I asked if this was typical of this doctors office to make patience wait so long to be seen, and he said the doctor would be in in 2 minutes. At exactly 1:30pm (1hr 45min later) I went to the checkout area and told the lady it has been 1 hour 45 minutes that I have been here and still have NOT seen the doctor. I am leaving and will not be back. If anybody decides to make an appt beware, you have been warned. If you end up wasting your day at this place you only have yourself to blame. U. P. D. A. T. E. 3-7-23 Today I get this letter from this doctor..... There is also another letter that I need to sign for that now that I know what it is I wont sign as I told her I want nothing to do with her, her office, or her care. I wouldnt go to this doctor even in an emergency, because she will still make you wait. Its all about the $$$$$ with her."

"Dr. Janicka, herself is great! She shows compassion and is a great listener. The office staff, however has A LOT of work to do. Specifically, with their customer service and professionalism. Without airing any specific details, I have since moved on to another practice. If a pleasant greeting and atmosphere is desired before seeing the doctor, you should not come to this office."

"Very disappointed!!! I got referred by my friend to see the doctor here. Been trying to call and see if they take new patients and make an appointment if they do. Nobody answers the phone every time I call and it goes to the voicemail each time I called and nobody ever calls back!"
