"Last 3 blood draws they went through my vein and left me with bruises/bleeding under the skin. This an unacceptable technique! See photo attached from most recent draw. Please pretend I’m your sister/mom/daughter and watch what you’re doing."

"Waited over 2 hours with an appointment at 1230. The system text me at 1254 to come in and take a seat and I would be called shortly. 2 o’clock comes around. The tech says they called me a long time ago….. I have never had any issues at any other location. But this location there’s always an issue."

"Quick and efficient. I did not like that they did not give sterile wipes at all. Urinalysis and cultures should be clean catch. So cheap. It has cost me countless hours at ER because of unsanitary practice like that. So get some wipes please"

"Super clean facility, checked in (had a scheduled appt) and called back minutes later. Very quick blood draw and I was out the door. Added photos to help navigate. Once you pull into the parking lot you go left around the corner to the side of the building. You’ll see the Quest door!"

"Easy as pie, I made an appointment last week, I got there 10 minutes early and they took me at my exact time. Cindy took my blood and I didn’t even feel a pinch, great job thanks. Also it has an easy parking lot, you must where a mask but it didn’t matter, I was out so quick. Thank You Cindy"
