"HORRIBLE MGT ...after using them 11 momths for homecare I had enough. ...Management issues high staff turn over. Accordimg to staff, RNs sent to homes are given bad patient routes. Staff In fighting between mgt, to try to get easier patients. Horrible management. Sad to have seen so many quit with high turn over there. Majority of good RNs have gone to Allience Home Care or elsewhere. Manager has no care."
"In response to your reaching out. I find it hilarious that it took over two months for a response. I made multiple attempts with the office to reach out to solve these problems & they were completely ignored."
"Go with a different home care agency if possible. These people made me and my friend's lives such an inconvenience. I have a friend i care for and she needed home care. These people care only about reimbursement not about the patient. They want to come whenever they feel like it and get mad when you try and get them to only come on a specific day. The nurse never called me the night before to ask/tell me when she was coming. The day of she would call me and say can i come now? Um ok i guess. And if you say no, now is not a good time then the nurse tells the office that you refused the visit. And apparently everyone who gets homecare needs to be home bound per this company. Meaning if you want to go on a short trip and need to skip a visit they just drop their services since you were gone only they don't tell you what they did until after you call and ask why the nurse isn't coming on the agreed upon day? And after they drop their services you are expected to call your doctor so she or he can fax them new orders to restart their services. They will not be the ones to contact your doctor for you. That is too much work. We had this company for less than 4 months and they dropped us 3 separate times. And we only skipped one visit! Oh and when they start service after you are discharged from the hospital you have to be seen within a certain amount of time. Only I didn't know that, they never told me this. I told them to come later in the week cuz that was when we needed my friends central line dressing changed but by then it was too late they already dropped our service. Pick someone else for home care. These people are the worst to deal with. Bayada home care is good and so is Baycare home care."
