- Personal Training: Achieve fitness goals with safe, effective exercise programs designed for individuals with medical clearance. ($75/Hour)

- Massage Therapy: Soft tissue mobilization to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve systemic wellness. ($120/Hour)

About Haley:

Our founder, Haley, is a licensed massage therapist, physical therapist assistant, and personal trainer with over a decade of experience in diverse healthcare settings. Passionate about natural and effective healing methods, Haley is committed to continuous learning in advanced therapeutic modalities. Her personal experience with car accidents and concussions fuels her dedication to helping others navigate their healing journeys.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys watching and participating in motorsports, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new healthy restaurants. Her enthusiasm for health and wellness is evident to everyone she meets.
