"Even if it is close to you, please look for other alternatives, this place is not recommended Dr. Jayasri Duggirala she is far from the doctor I would recommend to anyone..very little empathy from the doctor poor customer service from the staff repeated errors in service in requests for information that leave much to be desired in the quality of service and doctors in this place. When a person has a health condition and goes to a doctor, their expectation is to receive a medical service that satisfies that covers or takes care of the health for which one is seeing the doctor.The expectation will never be that you will be treated like a shoe that gets in the way. When you are paying high medical costs by visiting that doctor for private health insurance it is a shame the poor quality of service offered at this office.If you really have a health condition that afflicts you, please run away from here and find a doctor who truly fulfills his Hippocratic oath to protect the health of others.And as many doctors or businesses may refute, I do not recognize the patient, because this is the cost of their poor quality of service, that they cannot even recognize or know which patients they have given poor service to."

"I am a 76 year old RN retired . I feel at my age I need an internist who is well educated in all intricate organ problems. Been a patient of Dr.Ravi Duggirala for 11years. An excellent physician who has provided me with caring excellent care. His office staff is superb “Jo” the office nurse is wonderful and always so helpful. Recently, Dr. Duggirala‘s daughter Jayasri has entered the practice. I like woman doctors and changed to her. She is an lnternist and Gerontologist. She is young, caring and very knowledgeable with the latest medical education. I had a recent extremely high blood pressure problem and she worked with me diligently to get it down adjusting several medication’s and now my blood pressure is perfect. Being young, I know that she will be with me for the rest of my life and that is so reassuring as I age. I would encourage anyone who feels they need a new physician to contact this office."

"Called to schedule an appointment on Monday August 5th to schedule an appointment to see the doctor. The front desk person (it was a guy, didn’t catch his name) answered the phone and immediately said I needed to go get blood work without asking the reason for my visit. He said he would send the request to Quest, and I could show up. This morning (Wednesday the 7th) I had my appointment to get the blood work and wasn’t sure if I was supposed to fast or not. I called the office to find out and the same front desk person answered, said yes I was supposed to fast. He insisted I needed to reschedule my blood work and to get it done by Friday. I told him “I appreciate you telling me two days later that I was supposed to fast.” With a snarky attitude, he said “you’re welcome sir” and hung up on me. I called back asking to speak to the office manager, and was told she’s not available. He offered to take a message, but why would I leave a message with the person I’m going to complain about? Dr. Duggirala is the doctor for my whole family, myself, my wife and both my parents. We will not be going back after this."
