"I have an active lifestyle and tend to overdo it at times. I saw Sylvia Ruetz, PT over one year ago when I strained my knee. I was in pain and limping when she came to my home. She had a mobile PT company, Healthy Image Physical Therapy. Sylvia was able to determine the exact areas to be treated with deep massage and ultrasound. I was able to walk without pain after the first session! Recently, I “tweaked” my lower back trimming a large oak tree. I was in a lot of pain. Luckily, I was able to book a session with Sylvia at LifePT office in Clearwater right away. The assessment was comprehensive. I received a combination of glide cupping, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint stretching and targeted exercises. The results were impressive. After two sessions, I was back to normal!
