"Really nice doctors, if you can get to see them. Next appointment to see a doctor about pain is October 3rd. Today is August 21st. I'm changing doctors! Wouldn't suggest this place. Because they are obviously taking on too much! Been going for awhile, and still haven't figured out anything. I have to set up the appointments the doctor gives me, and They are all the same!!! X- rayed the wrong place on me! Not even where I'm hurting! Pitiful!!!!! The one girl at the desk looks at you like she is lost!!! Find another place!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis for many years. He is great and I always give him 5 stars. I’ve had very few acute issues that require immediate attention. The problem is the clinics phone system, with calls to nurse, going to voice mail with a 24 hour turn around time. Today someone, who refused to identify herself called me from Turley Clinic. She was nasty/disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. She refused to take my medication request and pass it on to Dr. Lewis. Fortunately, I can message Dr. Lewis through the portal, but this creates unnecessary delays. When you consider becoming a patient here, look at the reviews. My experience is not unique, and there are years of reviews indicating this as a consistent problem with Turley. The Drs. are great, communication difficult with nasty disrespectful people on the phone."

"The doctors themselves here are great, however, the nursing staff behind the desk in charge of appointments, are extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here about three years, I’ll be searching for a new primary immediately and recommend taking your business elsewhere."

"They used to be my favorite until I was really struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety. I called repeatedly and had to wait two days for a call back just to get an appointment 3 weeks out. They started me on medication but only gave me a week supply.... when I called for a refill I was told I had to see the psychiatrist(I was told this was an optional appointment) or the doctor who I had an appointment with but not for another week which was leaving me with no meds. After calling literally every day several times a day for almost a week Kathy the medical assistant who clearly didn’t care about the patients well being told me she “didn’t have an answer as to why they would start you on meds that weren’t enough to last till your appointment, that’s a question for the doctor “ But she never sent the doctor a message stating that I was very upset but also confused about who I needed to see going forward for medication. I feel like postpartum depression and anxiety should be handled with care and when woman reach out for help they should not face more obstacles in order to get the help they need. I’m disgusted with the lack of concern and the negligence surrounding this manner abs as a result I will not need coming back to this facility for anything!"

"Coming to this great place for several years, Dr Cruz Knight has been so profesional and courteous, always accurate and positive! They take good care of me and keep track of my health, definitely a nice place to trace your health!"
