"Just had 6 keys made at Lowes in Naples Florida. I returned home and none of them work. I called Lowes and they told me to call Minute Key. I called minute key and couldn't reach anyone because the corporate offices are closed on the weekend. 1 - If Lowes are directing customers to the Minute Key kiosk - they should take partial responsibility for the defective product. 2 - Minute Key should have customer service hours that are longer than the "corporate" hours. I will call again on Monday but don't have high hopes of getting through. Seems like a scam to me."
