Dunkin'

"I have been going to Dunkin donuts almost every other day for either my family or people at my work and I have never once walked in and not waited. I walked in and ordered my food and the second that I was done picking out the donuts my sandwiches were done I have never had that experience at a Dunkin donuts place. You can definitely tell that they work real hard. Every time I come here I don't think I've ever waited more than a minute or two. You guys have great crew and great management."

"One of the best additions to the Golden Gate Estates area. I frequent this location with my puppy so often they know my voice through the order intercom system. Amazing staff, everyone loves on my puppy too which is always appreciated!"

"This is the location closest to my house, so I continue to come here. They NEVER stir their drinks and the employees aren’t very friendly the few times I have actually interacted with them. They have even had employees in full blown fights right in front of the store over a night out gone wrong. Not the best culture here, but the coffee is good enough just never made well. Most of the time the food I’ve gotten has been good."

"Save your money if you're thinking of visiting here in the afternoons. The morning crew is polite and efficient and always get the order correct. The afternoon crew consists of new hires with language barrier issues and attitude problems- they quite literally don't care that your drink may be wrong, they just want you out of their face. I wasted another 30 minutes of my life here today dealing with a remake- the first one I'm not sure they even remade the drinks, I didn't even take the first order into my car I looked at it and knew it was wrong, it looked like a pina colada. I circled back around and they handed me the same milky drinks. Literally dairy milk hence the white color - my drink is an oatmilk latte. I knew it was wrong. I went home and got my partner to return. Asked for a remake. Watched the new hire RINSE a cup after handling it (foul, whatever), then she remade the two identical drinks- as you can see the one on the left appears correct (still tasted horrible but at least it had the extra shot I paid for)- the one on the right did not have the extra shot, and also tasted off. They do not know the recipes, the machines etc. in the afternoon and they do not care how your drink tastes. They will take your money and look at you like you have a third eye if you ask it to be correct. Literally oatmilk on ice to the line. Two shots of espresso. Pump the syrup exact pump number. Mix in the sweetner packets. I am tired of nearly crying over the way they treat me in the afternoon so I'll be calling corporate over how much money they've stolen from me over the last year in incorrect drinks and I'll be dealing with the morning crew only. The Estates needs another coffee shop down here because this one thinks its the only game in town and treats its customers like trash."
