"I have never had such a horrible experience at this location for all the years that I have lived in this town. I have purchased several devices and never been told they’d be able to better assist me elsewhere. Logan basically sent me to AT&T because he couldn’t figure out how to help me instead of asking for assistance and figuring out how to transfer my number to the new phone I wanted to purchase. Went back and forth to my carrier store, and finally Phil was able to help me and make it up for his terrible coworker. Thanks, Phil."

"I called the phone # for this store and received an automated chat that then eventually transferred me to a pleasant person at Apple Care that verified that this store has a Garmin Glo GPS device. I’m visiting from out of town so I Uber’d 20 minutes to the store too be told that they don’t have it nor do they ever carry that product. I’m very disappointed in the way Apple Stores communicate."

"I just had the worst experience in my entire life with Apple the person that started helping me HIS NAME WAS JOSE Was rude non polite and unprofessional person I own lots of Apple products from Apple and Apple Card too always have my Apple care of everything. The issue is the attitude and the condescending way that person was talking to me . He didn’t even greet me show me my name without saying anything then take me to a table then moved me again . And rushing without listening took my Apple Watch that didn’t want to power to the back wouldn’t listen to me as costumer or try to explain the process . He put his words with authority and rude way (like it’s my way in this store ) and accused me loudly of speaking over him ! This person shouldn’t be customer facing he can’t even manage to smile or at least be kind . I am pregnant 9 months this person made me regret being at Apple Store I literally came to tears felt horrible . Asked the manager to come as I couldn’t let him treat me any worse than this . She came her name is Christen helped sort out the situation the other personal which Was extremely nice and professional and explain things the way they should be .helped taking care of the process . Don’t remember his name . But its Sad apple allows people like Jose to talk to their customers like street talk and he tries even to manipulate his manager prior she talks to me . I won’t go back again to that store."
