"I stopped by to pay my bill today and receive some of the best service in a while from any customer service personnel. I did not get her name and I wish I did so I can mention her in this review but she helped me with everything possible even thing she didn't have to and I really appreciate it"

"About as unhelpful as possible. This store is a bit of a drive away from me, so I tried to call in advance to see if they had what I wanted to buy in stock. The phone went to voicemail for an hour straight during normal business hours. Giving them the benefit of the doubt - perhaps they were very busy with customers - I drove to the store hoping they would have what I wanted. Upon arrival, the store was empty -- apparently the clerk just didn't want to answer the phone this morning. Boost advertised an iPhone online (older model) for $179 and the store carried that same older model for $199. The clerk said they are not able to match the online price. Since the convenience of walking out of the store with it was worth the $20 difference, I was going to buy it anyway -- until the clerk said there was another $100 activation fee. I am already a Boost customer, was replacing my existing, broken phone with the exact same model and can do the activation myself online -- but was told that is not an option. Needless to say, I left the store without a phone and incredibly disappointed in both the store and in Boost's ridiculous policy. I might switch carriers and certainly will not go to this store ever again nor recommend it."
