"I've had Boost Mobile's unlimited plan for a few years now, and it's been great. I have no complaints. Xfinity Prepaid through Boost Mobile is another story. It Sucks, like the other postpaid Xfinity/Comcast Internet service."

"Went to 2 different locations. The first one the woman could barely speak English and told me to call 611. The store reaked of cigarettes. Neither of the 2 stores were helpful and both were dismissive to my questions and concerns. Their famous line was either "your area doesn't get a good signal" or "I don't know why that happens sometimes it just does". The best one is when I told them my phone was telling me I was not subscribed to a carrier and wouldn't let me make calls. They told me ignore that because you have service. Ok so why can't I make calls? They said "I don't know but ignore that message". They never looked into it and then dismissed me and walked away."

She impressed me so much that I had to write a review and give her 5 stars. She is so very knowledgeable and friendly. When we left the store I felt that I had made a new friend. A beautiful smile never leaves her face and I think she is a great asset to the store and the company. A customer that she had just helped looked very happy with her service and another coming in seemed to know her and called her by her first name. "Getting a new phone has never been easier. Despite the 1/2 blacked out screen on old phone the tech working got all my stuff transfered. And showed me an app to use that would transfer all old apps right to screens from old phone. Efficient & friendly. Highly recommend this store"
