"I was delighted to see a Guitar Center open in Naples. It’s a pain to drive to Ft. Myers when I need something. Sadly, this location exemplifies the financial troubles this chain has experienced in recent years. The store is clean, well organized and stocked with lots of great merchandise. I would actually give it 5 stars in all of these categories. The problem is the staff. Nobody greets you, or wants to help you, regardless of how long you stand at the desk. Everyone is too busy looking down, trying to avoid contact with a buying customer. It is woefully understaffed, apparently. The people who do work there are more concerned about chatting it up with the people who play the instruments and walk out. The paying customer, like myself, who is there to actually buy, is ignored. Maybe management should reeducate the team members before they are forced to close this location as well. I went on two separate occasions to make a large purchase and ended up leaving to buy online from another chain."

"Came here for the first time. We were greeted at the door when we first walked in. The place is very organized and clean, mainly because it's brand new. Inventory was well displayed."
