"STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE Got my phone from a salesman named Chad. I told him that I did not need a lot of storage so we agreed on a 32 GB phone and he then offered me a FREE WATCH. He said that the watch was FREE but it would cost $10 / month to keep it activated. I told him that I usually do not wear a watch but I would try it for awhile and if I didn't like it I would just shut off the $ 10 a month service. When I started receiving my monthly bill it was for way more than the amount that I had agreed on with Chad . ( I had offered to buy the phone when I set up the service but was told that was not an option. That it would be an incremental payment on my monthly bill). I was told by AT&T that it was a premium phone with 128 GB of storage ( not the 32 GB I had agreed on ) so my monthly bill would include the higher price. When I went back to the store ( which I found out was Not an AT&T facility- it's really a company called PRIME COMMUNICATIONS doing business as AT&T ) Chad no longer worked there and the manager had changed also. I was told that they couldn't help me and that I needed to discuss it with AT&T. I went to the local AT&T Corperate store on 4th street North in St Petersburg and s/w the manager there who told me to take the phone back to the Pinellas Park store where I had obtained it. When I told him that I already had and that they told me to bring it to them he said he couldn't do anything about it. So I got STUCK with a much more expensive phone AND later when I decided not to keep my "FREE PHONE " activated and called AT&T to turn off service I was told that I would be responsible for the cost of the phone which was hundreds of dollars!! So much for the so called " FREE PHONE "!! I advise people to AVOID doing business with AT&T!"

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this store a few weeks ago (may 4th). I had my phone stolen the night before, so I came in looking for a solution (I have insurance coverage and my phone was almost completely paid off). Andres gave me minimal direction/guidance. It seemed very obvious he had little knowledge about his job, while simultaneously watching a sports game on the tv the entire time I was in the store. I was basically left with one option … open an entire new plan and purchase a brand new phone at full price. This made zero sense to me, but I was very frustrated at the time and just did what I thought was necessary. Him and his coworker did not elaborate or explain anything in depth. Luckily, I visited a corporate AT&T location about a week later and we came up with a solution. The associate was appalled at the story and how this happened to me."
