"How hard is it to match part numbers and make sure you have the right product. I paid online and they charged me an extra $40. Went In the store and the "key holder" was useless. Had my order at the door on the cart. Good thing I checked because they had the wrong parts on the cart. Bunch of clowns in this store"
"I needed to get some new windshield wipers and tried to do it on my own at a different store I won’t name, but ended up getting the wrong ones and had to return them. Then this store opened up near my house. So I decided to come in here to get help today. I don’t know for sure if his name is Dakota, but it’s the name that’s on my receipt. He helped me get the right wipers for my car and he put them on for me. Excellent customer service and I really appreciate the help! I’ll definitely be back for any other car part needs."
