"If I could I’d rate a zero. I have taken my car to this dealership several times. Once my vehicle was returned to me with a shattered windshield and no pictures were taken of vehicle when was dropped of and was told they couldn’t find them there was a problem with computers.. windshield was replaced tho. Next time ask to have something looked at for repairs. That problem was never checked and at problems were fixed and car was returned to me and still had the issue with it that was asked to be checked but never was. I then returned car for that issue again and had to wait almost two weeks for a loaner. My car is still at dealership waiting for part it’s been over two months. I get updates scarcely. I’ve tried to see if I could trade vehicle in n get a new vehicle I’ve been contacted once I’ve called and emailed the sales person in the last month and nothing but a email asking if I got the General managers email.. I did get his email and I’ve emailed him and it has been almost a month and he has NEVER replied or contacted me.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS."
