"The Manager Tina Smith is absolutely horrible! Nearly everytime I go to this location over the last few years I've heard her being nasty to either staff or customers! Looking at some of the other reviews, her behavior seems to be an ongoing issue! Very disappointed in Sally's for keeping someone in a management role that thinks it's ok and funny to blatantly disrespect and belittle staff and customers. Shameful, disgusting, and disheartening to know Sally's cares more about possible profit than client experience and a good management/environment for staff"

"I have to say I been to Many different Sally's for years .But this by far is my favorite one.What makes this one so great is the employees. The manager Tina and Jamie the assistant are by far the best. They are real cosmetologist with years of experience who give the best advice.I literally feel like I am talking with freinds when tbey help me.I always feel confident when I leave the store.The store is also well stocked and very clean.I love going to this Sally's .My #1 beauty supply store."

"I went to Sally’s yesterday evening and was waited on by Emily and Runa. They were so helpful and friendly and very patient. They answered all my questions. I was really impressed by their knowledge of all the merchandises that was in the store. Thank you so much for all the help.
