They worked with me to get the insurance company to appraise the damage and when the insurer didn’t live up to their policy, they referred me to an attorney that could represent my interests. When it was time to install the new roof, their staff made sure I knew what was going on during each step of the process and quickly responded to any questions and concerns that I had.
