"The worst experienced ever, since we walked in, the manager on duty was extremely rude. She was chasing us and looking at us like I were gonna steal something, then I was interested in a coffee maker that makes not only one cup or expresso but many cups and I heard from across the store the lady screening "DON'T YOU SEE THE SIGN THAT SAYS ASK FOR ASSISTANCE" then she comes fast and start cleaning the machine complaining that it was nasty and kept reaping the same while cleaning the machine, like I did something to the machine, I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCHED IT!. She was yelling to the other employees infront of other costumers. I could sense the stress in the store and it is a shame that such a nice store is managed by a very bad person with the worst attitude! I asked her for her name, she said her name was Jessica Camacho not sure if she made up the name or not but if that's her name she has the worst costumer service. I hope someone does something about this lady"

"I almost lost faith in Sur La Table but decided to give it one more chance. I took SIMPLY FRENCH with Chef Brad and had such a wonderful experience. Everything was organized, clean, and very professional. The food was amazing all the way to the expresso crème brûlèe, which we made in class; unlike my previous classes with other chefs. I will most definitely be going back and bringing my friends and family to Chef Brad's classes. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!"

"Very dissatisfied with the cooking class I attended today. I live in West Palm Beach and attend classes regularly there. The issue was not with the chef today, it was the environment and the management. There were no tables and chairs to sit and eat. No wine glasses, water carafes hooks for purses. Very uncomfortable. The entire class that I attended had a chef in the kitchen for the next class preparing food, and it was very distracting. Plus, I watched that chef, he didn’t wash one vegetable that he was coming and preparing to cook. I’ll never attended another one of your classes a Naples again."

"My boyfriend and I went in for a cooking class with Chef John and we were excited as the location in Miami is great. However, throughout the entire class, John was doing all the work and we were just standing there. For the dessert, I cracked an egg and that’s it. Then for the a side dish, not a single guest touched any ingredient to contribute to the recipe. It was then that I said “Excuse me do you think we can be more interactive and hands on for the main dish.” (because I was nearly on the edge of failing asleep) With Chef John replying, “I mean sure but there isn’t much to interact with…” What do you mean there isn’t anything to interact with? This is a cooking class and IS MEANT to be hands on. For the rest of class, I was doing everything however, everyone else is class didn’t have the opportunity to participate. Definitely will not be coming back to this location."

"Had a great time cooking an Italian Dinner with our instructor Bradley. He did a great job explaining things to those of us who had little cooking experience and we learned a few things to try at home. All around a great time - even for someone who doesn’t usually love cooking like myself."
