"Bought some 2 inch PVC fittings at Ace on Collier Blvd and had one left over. Had a doctor's visit in town so I figured I'd return the extra fitting at Ace in downtown Naples and they refused to accept the return citing it wasn't from their store. I had the receipt and bag and it's been only 3 days since I bought it. The whole idea of a franchise is that it's considered one business and I've never had an issue buying at one Home Depot, for example, and returning at another store. Guess next time Home Depot will be my First choice."

"Had a great experience at Ace! We used their online texting feature on their website to find out that the downtown location can make car key copies! I recently bought a used car and they only gave me one key for it - so this was super helpful! The gentlemen that helped us make the key copies even walked us out to the car after the first key was made to ensure it worked before we went down the path of getting more! We had to pick up some ant block and mite spray as well when we were there! 10/10 recommend this location!!"
