"I reached out to Kevin to do a small renovation (renovate a bathroom, add a bedroom closet and drop a laundry ceiling to add more lighting). We made an appointment for 2 days later. About twenty five minutes after our appointment was set for he calls and states, " I'm still with another client so I can't meet." No apology for not calling sooner and not meeting our appointment time. He then reaches out two days later (on a Saturday morning) via text stating, "Can you meet in about 30 minutes." I re-arrange my schedule to meet with him. He is almost 20 minutes late. Again, no apology. I show him the architectural plans and verbally walk him through the work (as he requested). Throughout my explanation, he seems very disinterested and distracted. We conclude the meeting, he shares that he doesn't have a card but will immediately text me his email address so that I can email him all the information I provided so he can generate a quote. I reached out to him twice and did not hear from him. A full week elapsed and again, no word. He was explained the scope of the work prior to arrival. If he was not interested or available, he should've expressed it from the beginning. His lack of interest, lack of follow-through, lack of response and lack of common courtesy were quite unprofessional. He may be a great General Contractor, but I wouldn't know. Certainly, not a good way to start a working relationship..."
