"Had a flat concrete tile roof installed in 2021. Had a color problem about a year later, well within the warranty. Tried to call Tyler, the owner, MANY, MANY times to ask him a few questions. At first, he was very slow returning text messages, emails or phone calls. After a certain length of time, did not respond at all to any calls, messages, etc!! Have given up! Never did answer my initial color question!!! Did a good job on installation, but if it is important to talk to him about ANYTHING OR if returning calls, messages, etc is important to you , then I would recommend you use someone else."
