He is particular about the subcontractors that he hires because he is focused on consistency of results and the reliability of performance. Bill and his team worked well with our condo management team and was very respectful of the guidelines set down by the building during construction season. We never received a complaint about Varian from our building manager during the six months that Bill was working on our unit.
