"Matthew, Don't you DARE make false statements in these reviews that I ever said anything racial or derogatory towards any one of your employees. I WILL sue you for defamation of character as well! I never would make racial comments to anyone, and you are lying to protect your business. YOU BETTER APOLOGIZE FOR THAT NOW! Stick to the facts of this case. We were completely disrespected from the start of this process. You have a 30 year warrenty for what? We were neglected for over a week by your employees, and at no time did I act disrepectfully towards anyone. It was only then that I had no recourse but to sue your company for improper installation which occurred during the INSTALLATION 5 years ago. Ive asked your employees for 5 days to please come and get your tarps and 25 sand bags which are taking up room on the side of my house, and our HOA is not going to be happy to see. Why isnt anyone coming here to get your property? Again, STOP WITH THE PERSONAL ATTACKS"

"DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT! Hire Snider Roofing Inc. to install a new roof, repair a roof, or any kind of work. Let's start at the beginning. In August 2018, Snider was recommended by my insurance carrier to inspect damage to my roof due to Hurricane Irma from September 2017. It was determined that yes, I was going to get a new roof installed by Snider Roofing. The new roof was installed in February and March of 2019. We paid the deductible plus the minor upgrade in tile roof ( Rustic Shake.) The roof cost was about $90,000. Yes, $90,000. Insane cost to insurance company, that these roofing companies were charging almost triple what a roof would cost if not going thru insurance. ( It's no wonder why insurance companies left Florida or have just increased our insurance rates thru the roof ). Matthew Snider, the owner, was a sweet as apple pie to me during this process. Why wouldn't he be, he was making a fortune off new roofs for thousands of homes. As stated before, the roof was completed in sometime in March 2019. It looked beautiful upon view, but like looking at a beautiful girl, looks are only skin deep, and only when you see what is in guts underneath, do you see the damage. During the huge 3 day rainstorm, June 11-13, we started getting a water leak into our garage. The water was coming down the ceiling onto the floor. We were shocked and angry. This roof was installed only 5 years ago. I called Snider Roofing and spoke with Robin. I advised her that Snider installed this roof 5 years ago, and has a 30 year warranty. She said Brien would be at my house the next morning. Brien arrived early on Wednesday, June 13, 2024. I showed him where the leak was coming from in the garage, and all he said was he would have to look up my file to see what the job looked like. At no time did he offer too put a tarp on my roof because of constant torrential rainstorms coming, or say " don't worry, Bobby, we will take care of this, this should not happen to a 5 year old roof". NOTHING! I had to call him later that day to request a tarp. ( Duh, maybe HE should have suggested that???) He said Max would come thee next morning with a tarp. Max put down a tarp and it still leaked. He didn't put it down in the right area, and had to come back and put another tarp down. It finally stopped the leaking into my garage. The next day, I didn't hear from Brien or anyone room Snider, so I called him and he said he was trying to get me a quote on replacement tiles etc., and that we were 3 months out of "workmanship warranty". WHAT??????? We could not believe what we were hearing from this company. Then, I was told to speak with Ayden, who basically told me that we are 3 months out of warranty and because of Hurricane Ian 2 years ago, ( I'm not kidding, he said this) their company is covered by Act of God coverage. He was smug about us NOT winning any lawsuit, so don't bother. Hence, when they knew I wasn't going away, listening to their insane excuses, I threatened legal action, they didn't come to inspect the damage and I didn't hear from them for 8 days, despite me texting Robin and asking when "Marcos" going to come and look and inspect the damage. I went to Civil Court and am suing them. I had another company fix the damage. They gave me pictures of the faulty work, the valley was installed improperly from day 1, 5 years ago. The pictures prove that the valley was reinforced from top to bottom, a critical mistake. Any elementary roofer knows every valley must be from bottom to top. Now, they are trying to get me to pay $1650.00 for the 2 tarps they put on my roof, that were needed only because of THEIR mistake!!!!!! Stay tuned. Get the popcorn ready for court."

"Snider Roofing has just completed the replacement of our tile roof in Collier County Fl. We could not be any more satisfied than we are! Snider roofing's ability to complete the tear off of the old tile and the installation of our new roof tile was amazing. Their excelent timing was so good that we hardly felt any inconvience to our daily lives, and we ended up with a beautiful outstanding new tile roof! All roofing companies are NOT equal.
