"For starters, I’m not one to do a negative review but I’m this case I was lied to and ignored by some con artist. I was referred to this man named Joe so he could do some construction and electrical work in my commercial unit, before giving me a quote joe made me wait a week before meeting me because he was “too busy” after we agreed to on our terms he was suppose to pull a permit which he told me could take a couple weeks but assured me he would get the job done in time for us. After waiting a couple weeks I would call to see how far along the process we were and Joe would ignore my phone calls, text messages and even sent me to voice mail. I reached out to the people who referred Joe to me to get an update and he would answer them but ignored my phone calls. Joe told them that the permit was in the process of getting pulled and it should only be a “few more days.” After waiting a total of 5 weeks I decided to reach out to the city and see how much longer till the permit would be ready and the city told me Joe never applied for the permit. Even though he told me he applied for the permit and he told the people who referred him it would only be a couple days till it was ready. Joe lied to me and to the people who referred him, which didn’t make sense because if he did not want the job all he had to do was say he was “too busy” for it and I could have figured it out but due to the situation I was not able to open my business on the day I wanted to and it pushed me back a couple weeks. I was grateful I was able to find another company called Starlight who was able to move fast and help me get everything done within 6 days. I have multiple businesses and trying to work with kavaky Construction was by far the worst experience I’ve had when trying to work with a company. I would not recommend them to anyone especially if you are trying to get work done fast, they might be “too busy.”"
