"I am perplexed at the 8 reviews that have come in over the last 7 months on Chuck & his 2 boys, aka Fortress Custom Builders. We contracted Fortress in May of 2022 and work began in mid-October. His two sons were the most unprofessional work people we have ever had at our home. Not only was their work terrible, the had fowls mouths and were totally unorganized. At one point, they used my Amish custom made dining room table to glue something together and left glue on the table. The trim work was done all wrong as they didn't follow the schematics accurately, They installed damaged cabinets without letting us know they were clearly damaged. I'm attaching ONE photo so that you can see the awful work they did here. Bottom line, they are not ready to be left on their own without Chuck, they did not take any pride in their work at my house, and daily they left a mess for us to clean up. There are a lot of GC's out there - do yourself a favor and speak to their clients and don't just believe what you read on Google reviews."
