We had a leak that didn’t quite make our insurance deductible. I called them and they responded immediately. I spoke to Heaven (courteous, and efficient) who directed me to Brittany who assigned a crew and scheduled an expedited appointment. Her crew arrived ready to assess damage and go to work. Which they did. They were professional polite and knowledgeable. Britany kept in contact with us throughout the repair and oversaw her crew so that if any issues arose she was on hand to address. "After Hurricane Ian, Allstate installed our emergency cover, and then a new roof. We were so pleased with their work, we recently hired them again to put up vinyl siding. We were pleased with the process, product, color match and the customer service from sales to the office staff and project managers. "What attentive and great service, an exceptional Roofing experience for my husband I with this company....they dealt with a big roof/ chimney problem at my home. Shoutout to Rick, Melina, especially Brittany and Julian...they found a real bad leak and discovered a big problem..total Chimney rot!!.they sealed up the flashing area after leak found and came back and redid flashing and seal on the roof... so major chimney repairs could be started. They were professional , responsive, all around!! ...when other roofers would say they come and didn't...Allstate Exteriors did and delivered!
