"If I knew how to give negative stars I would. Contracted to build pool cage after Irma destroyed it, they took deposit, we had to contact them every week or so, until we figured out that every excuse was a lie. After four months, we had to pay another cntractor to get a cage put up because it is legally required. Manual Blanco, the owner of the company, agreed to refund, even said the check had been sent twice. This company is not legit even though they still have a license and referrals."
