"My wife & I own a property in Marion County and want to build a new home on the property. I called the office before the holidays around Dec 20th and left a message with no response. I figured they were real busy so I tried the cell phone on the web site. The owner Jay answered and seemed very irritated that I called him at 6pm. I work with many contractors and I know they are extremely busy during the day so I thought that would be a good time. We spoke very briefly and he did not call me back so I texted him several times with no response. I called the office again in the morning on January 9th, again no response. I won't be using this company to build our home. Its a shame because we really liked one of their models."
